I qualified in 2008 in Swedish Massage and 2009 in Reflexology, going on the complete Reiki 1 and 2 and Nutrition Therapy the following year. I have since then attended related training in Hands Free Massage, Crystal and Chakra work, Emotional Freedom Technique, Deep Tissue Massage and Myofascial Release Techniques.
In 2009 I started volunteering as a Complementary Therapist at the Force Cancer Support Centre in Exeter. Over the years I have helped many clients navigate the path of a Cancer diagnosis, whether for themselves or a loved one, giving time and compassion to each. Before completing my studies, I lived and worked abroad for many years but my passion was always with holistic health. When I returned to the UK I decided to go back to college. While doing my training here, I was a Health Care Assistant on a Stroke rehabilitation unit. There I learned to asses each patient as an individual, to adjust care and handling on a daily basis to accommodate their needs. I have often thought back to my time there as a great experience as it gave me a hands on approach to patient care and the changing needs of each patient on their journey to recovery.
With 17 years of hands on experience as an holistic therapist, I bring deep passion and intuitive understanding to every treatment. My practice offers a comprehensive approach to healing that honours the whole person, mind , body and spirit. My work is guided by empathy, presence and a belief in the body's remarkable ability to restore itself when supported with care and attention.

Very rarely do you find a special crystal gem like Sammy. She works with years of experience and intuitively understands how to work with mind body and spirit. She is not only adept at massage but can use crystal healing reiki and reflexology in combination or by themselves as therapeutic tools.
